High Quality CatalystThis PERRIN downpipe uses a 200cell per inch metallic substrate catalytic converter. Unlike the OEM ceramic brick style catalytic converter, our converters have high flow rates and are guaranteed to take the extreme heat produced by high horsepower Subarus. |

Exhaust DiverterWe have a signature split mount design that diverts the wastegate exhaust gases away from the exhaust coming from the turbine. |

Thick FlangesPERRIN downpipes use thick laser cut stainless steel gaskets. Our thick flanges will not warp or leak during extreme driving and mate perfectly with stock or aftermarket components. |

STI Single Cat Downpipe TestStarting with our 07 STI with catback already installed, we did nothing but add the downpipe to get these results. This car was running the stock ECU tuning, which means stock boost levels. With a Stage 1 ECU tune, the gains are even greater! You can see how the turbo spools quicker (making more TQ) and makes about 10-12WHP at the higher RPMs. |

STI Single Cat Downpipe TestThe above car is a 2002 WRX with an larger turbo, intercooler and catback already installed, but stock downpipe in place. We tuned this car to a point we felt was safe, then as quick as possible swaped out the downpipe and do no addition ECU tuning. The gains were 30ft-lbs of torque and 30-40 WHP, which was huge! Normally customers do not install larger turbos with stock downpipes, but we did this to show you how restrictive the stock downpipe is when its being pushed hard. |

Dual Cat Turboback vs stock Exhaust TestThis test represents our dual cat downpipe being installed on an STI that had Stage 1 ECU tuning. The dual cat downpipes do not make as much power as the single cat downpipe, but still make very good gains. Especially after Stage 2 ECU tuning is added. |
